TupicFinance is an internal financial-management tool built for the Tupic ecosystem. It is not a general-purpose accounting product and is not intended for managing the financial operations of external or unaffiliated companies. Please read the questions below to understand what TupicFinance is — and is not — designed for.
TupicFinance is an internal platform for tracking and standardizing financial operations within the Tupic ecosystem and across its product suite (Chain, Insight, Game, Live, Asset, Ads, Datasets). It helps record costs, revenue, assets, payroll, and reporting in one consistent place for ecosystem entities.
It is intended for teams and entities operating inside the Tupic ecosystem. It is provided as an internal capability of the ecosystem — not as a commercial accounting service for the general public or for outside businesses.
No. TupicFinance is not designed, tested, or supported as the system of record for external companies’ financial operations. Using it that way is outside its intended scope, and we do not support or guarantee outcomes for such use.
No. It is an internal operational and reporting tool for ecosystem purposes. It is not a certified accounting system, a tax-filing tool, or a substitute for professional accounting, audit, or legal advice. Official accounting, tax, and compliance obligations should be handled through your own qualified professionals and authorized systems.
The party entering the data is responsible for its accuracy, completeness, and lawful use. We do not accept responsibility for external data — data that originates outside the Tupic ecosystem, or data entered for purposes beyond the intended ecosystem scope. TupicFinance reflects what is entered; it does not validate or certify the correctness of externally sourced information.
No. Reports such as Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow are generated for internal ecosystem visibility and operational purposes. They are not audited, certified, or guaranteed to meet any specific regulatory, statutory, or accounting-standard requirement, and should not be treated as official financial statements.
No. TupicFinance is not a compliance tool and does not ensure conformance with any tax law, accounting standard, or regulatory framework. Compliance remains the responsibility of the using party through appropriate professional and authorized channels.
TupicFinance is multi-tenant: each organization’s data is scoped server-side to that organization. Access is governed by authenticated sign-in (SSO). Within the ecosystem, organizations see their own data; this separation is an operational feature and is described further in our security and privacy materials.
Data entered for purposes outside the intended ecosystem use is the sole responsibility of the party who entered it. We make no warranties regarding such data and accept no liability for its accuracy, handling, retention, or any consequences arising from its use.
The authoritative terms are in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which you accept when you start using TupicFinance. Those documents govern in case of any conflict with this FAQ. This FAQ is a plain-language summary intended to clarify scope and expectations, not a legal agreement.
