1. About TupicFinance

TupicFinance is an internal financial-management platform provided exclusively for the Tupic platform and its ecosystem. It enables authorized organizations and teams operating within the platform to record and review internal financial information — such as costs, revenue, assets, payroll, and related operational reporting — in a single, consistent environment.

TupicFinance is not a general-purpose accounting product, public financial service, or commercial bookkeeping tool for external or unaffiliated companies. It is offered solely as a capability of the Tupic platform, for use within that platform’s ecosystem.

2. Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies to information processed through the TupicFinance application and its backend services. It does not apply to any third-party services, identity providers, or platforms that you may use to access TupicFinance, each of which is governed by its own privacy terms.

3. Information We Process

Depending on how the Service is used, the following categories of information may be processed:

• Account and identity information: When you sign in, we process identifiers provided through the platform’s authentication system (single sign-on), such as your name, email address, organization association, and role. We use this to authenticate you and to scope your access to the correct organization.
• Information you enter: TupicFinance stores the operational and financial entries that authorized users input into it (for example, cost records, revenue entries, asset records, payroll entries, and related notes). This information is provided by users and is processed on their behalf.
• Technical and usage information: We may process basic technical data necessary to operate and secure the Service, such as device or session information, log data, and error diagnostics.

We do not intentionally collect special categories of sensitive personal data, and you should not enter such data into the Service.

4. How We Use Information

We process information only to:

• authenticate users and control access;
• provide the core functionality of the Service (storing and displaying the entries users make);
• generate internal operational reports for the user’s own organization within the platform;
• maintain the security, integrity, and reliability of the Service;
• comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the financial entries you input for advertising.

5. Important Limitation — Data You Enter

TupicFinance is provided exclusively for use within the Tupic platform and its ecosystem. It is the responsibility of the user and the user’s organization to ensure that the information they enter is appropriate for this internal, ecosystem-scoped purpose.

You should not upload, enter, or process through TupicFinance:

• the financial records or accounting operations of external or unaffiliated companies;
• data that you are not authorized to process;
• personal data of third parties beyond what is necessary for legitimate internal operations;
• any data whose handling would violate applicable law or the rights of others.

We do not accept responsibility for data that originates outside the platform’s intended ecosystem scope, or for any consequences arising from entering such data. The party entering the information remains solely responsible for its accuracy, lawfulness, and appropriateness.

6. Data Separation and Access

TupicFinance is multi-tenant. Each organization’s data is scoped, on the server side, to that organization, and access is restricted to authenticated users associated with it. Access controls and role-based permissions are used to limit who can view or modify information within an organization.

While we apply reasonable measures to separate and protect data, no system can guarantee absolute security, and you use the Service with that understanding.

7. Data Sharing

We do not share the information processed in TupicFinance except:

• within the user’s own organization, as enabled by the Service’s access controls;
• with service providers that host or support the platform’s infrastructure, under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations, solely to operate the Service;
• where required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the platform, or the public.

8. Data Retention

Information is retained for as long as necessary to provide the Service within the platform, to meet operational needs of the user’s organization, and to comply with applicable legal obligations. Retention and deletion within the platform are governed by the platform’s operational policies.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including authenticated access and encrypted transport. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

TupicFinance is an internal business tool and is not directed to children. It is intended only for authorized adult users operating within the platform.

11. Your Choices and Requests

Because TupicFinance processes most information on behalf of organizations within the platform, requests regarding access, correction, or deletion of information are generally handled through your organization and the platform’s administrators. 12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
